We always adhere to the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and when required, to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for all accounting policies and procedures. Although we will perform all accounting services to the benefit and dictation of the client, we will exercise professional judgment and integrity for every transaction. Any form of deception and/or fraud to a third party by the client, or an approved representative of the client, constitutes an immediate termination of our Client Accounting Service Agreement. We believe in honesty, competency, and trade excellence.

Payment Terms

Any recurring services are payable monthly in advance. The first billing includes the current and next month’s charges. We are continually striving to reduce our environmental impact and will, therefore, send all invoices electronically. We accept payments via Checks, Direct Debit or Credit Card wherever local banking permits. All accounts that fall 60 days past due are automatically terminated and accounting property will be disconnected and returned to the client.

A Non-disclosure agreement will accompany this proposal.

Service Change Notices

We always want to ensure that our clients are matched to the most appropriate plan for their business. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan, twice within a calendar year, after a written notice is given.

Service Termination by Client

We look for clients willing to take a 6-month minimum commitment so you can receive the best value from our services, but there is no long-term contract. To cancel, simply give us a written 30-day notice, and we will complete all final transactions, forward to you all files and user access codes, and close out your account. For clients who have outgrown outsourced accounting needs, and require an in-house staff, IQOA can assist with all staffing and accounting department needs if desired.

What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Why do we use it?

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
